Need PHP Script - Contract Work Possible

I am looking for a php script that will work with a sql database, and
extract information based on user selection.
There are around 1,000 different outcomes possible.
The final product would be almost identical to the script used at
http://appls.tecsis.com/catalogo/lin...o_ser_pipe.asp

I am willing to contract the creation of the script (system), but not the
data entry.

Dear Chuck,

Can you provide more info regarding the type of interaction required and
the type of data you are looking to manipulate?

Are you looking for a complete site to be built or does it need to
integrate with some existing material?

What kind of SQL db are you talking about, MySQL?

What are the deadlines?
