Looking for banner ad script

I know about hotscripts, so please don’t send me there (been there)...

I am looking for a site advertising script in php/mysql, which does
all the regular banner rotation and management,

and

also allows advertisers to come in, register, upload their ad, pay
with paypal, and allow me then to validate and start running their
ads.

Once you have the script, please post back what you decided to call it
(banner.php or whatever). That way I can add it to my banner filtering
system ;)

Banner ads are evil mmm-kay?
