I currently use ASP and ASP.NET. I'm interested in learning php. Is
there a user friendly development for php? If so, could you please
recommend some good ones?

Free is always good!

Thanks,

http://www.phpedit.com/

I don't use it myself (I prefer simple) but if you're into the
whole debugger/project manager schtick it's not bad.

Komodo from http://www.activestate.com/ is quite good also. I use
it for the real-time syntax checking and code completion.

www.zend.com - there's a personal edition for non-commercial users.

I 2nd that. Very happy with it. Some say it is slow (it is a bit
slow since it runs on Java I believe), but it is GOOD.
