If it weren't for the glut of gullible PHBs in the USA who tend to get
alarmed over phrases such as "little-known" and "open-source," the silly
tone of this article would not even matter.

school all hopped up on PHP with their baggy clothes and their cuticles
dialated!!! Call John Ashcroft NOW and tell him to get a ACTIVETIGER
TERROR RESPONSE CYBER TEAM on the case to stop this threat to safe and
secure computing.

"becoming dominant on the web" and don't seem to see just how
