Default Switching to and from http and https

hello all.
currently, this is how a line of my form is setup
(names have been changed to protect the innocent ;)

<form action="/modules.php?name=buyme&file=index&func=gimmecash"
method="post">
which would of course pass it to the file on my normal http site
(http://www.mydomain.com).

if i wanted this form to pass to my secure site, ie.
https://www.mydomain.com, is there
a way to do this without making the form action this:

<form
action="https://www.mydomain.com/modules.php?name=buyme&file=index&func=gimm
ecash" method="post">

i have no problem "hardcoding" the site in there, but if there was a more,
correct, acceptable way ?
thanks.

No, there is no other way, but you might want to consider having people fill
out the form on your secure site rather than just posting the form to it.
You and I know that thier details are secure as long as it's posted to the
secure site but when Joe Bloggs is filling out the form they like to see
the reassuring little padlock/key there already.
