Wanna .. Multi-site CMS

Hi,

I've been searching for an open source multisite CMS.

Functionality that I need is:

1. Multiple sites, one database with shared tables

many sites are under one domain (site areas?) and one is on different
domain and server, but has access to the shared database.

2. Search results should contain documents from all sites

3. Search results should link to correct domain

So clicking search result that is in different site area (domain or a
sub-site) should open the link in that particular site.

Any suggestions are very welcome!
