I highly reccomend NOT using DAS or Dependable Auto Shipper. I dropped
my vehicles off at their terminal and they sat for two weeks before they attempted to ship one of two that were supposed to ship together and arrive at the same time. I called and tracked them on the internet and was informed that they were "in transit", and the arival date kept changing. I finally spoke with the supervisor of customer relations and he informed me that only one vehicle had made it on a truck and the other was still waiting to be shipped. The arrival date put me out a week with additional car rental fees. I told him this was unacceptable and would he offer the door service for one vehicle as I would now have to alter plans including my return flight back to the origin, he offered me compensation of $50.00. I told him to not put the other vehicle on a truck and cancel the shipment, I would pick it up when I arrived. The logistics and cost related to a relocation of a family involving autos should not be trusted with this company. They have cost me time, money and added frustration. |

What does this have to do with PHP? Nothing. Why did you post it here?
