Wanted: cheapest(-$10), reliable, +100mb space, +10gb transfer, multi-sites, PHP, MySQL and good search-engines-submissions

I like to find a cheap good reliable host with:
- PHP & MySQL
- more then 100mb space
- more then 10gb transfer/month
- multiple websites (cloacked with your own already taken domain
names)
- no need to get a domain with them
- good search-engine-submissions
- allowing some movie-streaming and download
- no setup costs
- with a free test period or atleast a 1 month-pay-testperiod

I don't trust money-back-guarantee as I have read on the news that
some didn't get there money back nor get a hosting.
