Of course English is not the only language programmers are allowed to
use when naming their programs. However he is suggesting that that
this particular one is an ERP system.

Hi Jerry Stuckle .
Thanks for the opinion, i will make the system available on sf.net
next month. I don't care about making money, because the project can't
make any money. Hopefully the project can let people know there is a
software house called Petersoft.

I might try it out. I found the demo a bit slow and the "Press here"
image didn't do anything.

Dears
If i add some extra terms to GPL license, will i break it? i mean
will the law still protect me?
I want to add this term:
1) if you want to form a local consultant company for this project and
if you charge your customer for some consultant fee, you need to pay
me 5%
2) if you charge your customer some money for optimise/changing/
improving my ERP system, you need to pay me 5%
