Default Editing HTML in Browser

HELP!!

I've spent many hours tryingto find what i need and am coming up
hopless.

We have a couple pages on our existing Website that is updated Weekly.

Normally Management sends me the text, and i just update a simple HTML
file.

I was wondering if anyone else has a solution to anything like this.
I don't need a whole CMS system like Midgard or TYPO3, just a script
that will allow me to load a page and edit the text, formatting,
tables, images, links etc.

WYSIWYG is a must since management is Very Word proficient but HTML
Dumb.

Thanks to all in advance for your help.

Gary
