error: setsockopt IP_TOS 16

Hi,

I am getting the following error everytime I do an ssh.(openssh-4.5p1)

error: setsockopt IP_TOS 16: Invalid argument: - sshd[20536]

How can I do away with this, since this message is almost spamming
the logfile
