FYI these tests were broken unless you happened to have plink and
puttygen installed in /usr/local/bin. I'm just about to commit a fix,
so if you want to play with these then grab a snapshot dated after
20080314 (this will be available in about 12 hours) or use anoncvs
in an hour or so.
