mysql-client license

Hi NG!

I'm not sure if i can use the mysql-client functionality in an application
for which libclient.a is linked in a statically way (For a commercial
client-software which should NOT ship libmysql.dll seperatly)

I've read EXCEPTIONS-CLIENT but maybe my english isn't as good to
understand this text correctly.

Anybody here to help?
