if you want support then you should think about commercial support which
is not for free but it can help you out in case things become a little messy

You might take a look at the license of utilisation these things are
provided with (I guess it's GNU : ask www.exalead.com [1] for GNU
license). First time it's a bit long to read everything, but
1/ you don't have to read everything,
2/ a *lot* of applications are under GNU license, so you only have to
read it once for all of them.

[1] Why should we always use the big G, huh ?
