We have multiple positions to fill for our client in Maryland for a
MID level PL/SQL

developer. This will be a Long term project. Labor Category: (PL/SQL
Developer)

Experienced Senior Oracle PL/SQL developer with at least 5 years
commercial

experience. Reporting to the Development Manager, you will work within
a team

developing, supporting and maintaining a web based healthcare
application based

around Oracle 9i, 10g and Java. You must be willing to work to tight
deadlines, which may

require extra hours to be worked at times. Primary work location is
MD. Experience Level:

5+ Years Job Duties/Responsibilities: . Writing and maintaining PL/SQL
stored program

units and packages; * Prepare the database requirement document; *
Writing and

maintaining PL/SQL stored program units and packages; * Meet the
deadline working

with development teams to provide stored procedures, views and
functions to support; *

Ability to interact with all levels of an organization in a
professional, diplomatic, and tactful

manner; Skills Required Primary: . Minimum 6 years experience as an
Oracle Database

Developer; . Strong PL/SQL programming skills; . Excellent SQL tuning
experience; .

Proven record of accomplishment working with development teams to
provide stored

procedures, views and functions to support application development; .
Experience with

UNIX and shell scripting; . Ability to work independently or as part
of a team; . Strong

communication skills; . Oracle 9i, 10g experience is a must; . Toad/
Rafter experience is a

must; Qualification: . Qualified applicants must have strong PL/SQL
development skills,

excellent SQL tuning skills, and communications skills; . Candidates
must be willing to

work in an energetic, fast paced and team-oriented development
environment; . The

ability to manage multiple priorities effectively is a necessity; .
Activities include

requirement analysis, design and implementation of PL/SQL packages;
