Back up all databases that use InnoDB tables. 2. Drop all InnoDB tables. 3. Remove the IBDATA1 file manually. 4. Restore all InnoDB tables from your backups. This recreates the IBDATA1 file and fills it. This is very inconvenient, and it has been logged as a bug, but there is no other solution at this time.
