Default [mrtg] QLogic Fiber Channel Switches

Greets,

I'm trying to monitor bandwidth on my QLogic fiber channel switches
but I've run into a snag. You see, I've found OIDs for each of the
ports that according to the MIB report in octets - but there are 2
instances per interface. Both show traffic. For the life of me I can't
figure out why there are two.

However, if I view the stats on the HTML interface, it shows class 3
words and frames, total, and per-second. I'm thinking that maybe this
is what I'm seeing; words and frames. But nowhere, including the MIB
documentation PDF that QLogic suplies, does it tell me.

So, I wanted to check with the list and see if any of you are
successfully monitoring BPS or KBPS, etc on QLogic switches. For the
record, I'm referring to 5600's.

TIA,

Eric Brander
