Postfix to save emails, address book and custom folder

Hi Group,

Is it possible to configure postfix to save emails, address book and
custom folder for synchronisation later.

My problem is my users move a lot in our organisation from one town to
another or between branches, so i need to save emails and address book
plus local custom folders on linux server and postfix.

Kindly suggest.
