hardwire client ip to sasl authenticated clients

Hello Everyone, Every few months a users have problems sending emails
from hotels. My new firewall does not assign a local ip anymore and
some remote servers complaint about the client's ip. Is there a way to
hardwire an ip to clients that are sasl authenticated or any work
arounds for this? webmail? thanks.
