postfix loggin smtp

Hi at all
first sorry for bad english(iam german)
my problem,
i have got a server in germany, have confixx for administration my
server. the mailing program is postfix.
so, now i will log all the mails thats going out from my server.
How can i do that?

The logging feature should already be enabled by default.

Take a look at the file /var/log/maillog.
