amavis says it is a quota problem. so you must have a quota issue. are
you using NFS? do you have quota enabled on the postfix server or on the
NFS server? do you hit a filesystem limit?

why do you put $virtual_alias_domains in relay_domains? relay and alias
domains are different things, and should stay so. Also, if you want
virtual domains, it's better to use virtual_mailbox_domains instead of
virtual_alias_domains.
