The operative word in that paragraph is almost. Basic templates may well
serve a purpose. However, as with anything, unless someone actually takes
the time to learn about the areas they require, they will be pretty crap
at it. How many questions get asked on a mailing list due to the fact that
people follow a howto, and then have no idea what the separate components
actually do? Some form of knowledge base is always a good thing. Doing
things *for* people, however, is not.
