Define "dynamic".

Define "static".

As mentioned before Postfix 2.2 can't send both the rewritten AND
the original recipient from one machine to the next. You'd have to
use atrocities such as appending the original recipient to the
rewritten one:

vuser@virtual.example -> realuser+vuser.virtual.example@isp.example

Where realuser@isp.example is the actual ISP account.
