statistics arne't an excuse. blocking honest people will always be a bad
thing. those who say "but we/they/it/..." are just heading for a war
where they put some of us in the other side. and after that, they don't
understand that they are loosing...

If a network sends me
> 100-0 spam-ham then I'll assume it's safe to block them with a warning.


if you assume it's safe, you need no warning. the problem is the "safe"
thing....
