Not on the same IP/port. You cannot bind the same IP/port arrangement
twice. You will need to change the IP or the port it is listening on in
one of the instances. However, you can run Amavis on just one of the
instances, and inject mail from both instances through it. This is one of
those config decisions where the specifics of what you require of each
instance is the motivating factor of how you set up the Amavis system.
