Behind NAT, can't receive email from yahoo, hotmail, gmail etc.

Hi,
I have installed DHCP, DNS, NAT and Postfix on a machine with two NIC cards.

The IP address of internal interface eth0 is 10.1.0.10/16
The IP address of external interface eth1 is 192.16.125.147/16

Users can get IP address from the private network 10.1.0.0/16. They can send email outside to accounts like yahoo, hotmail and gmail etc. But they can't receive email from these accounts.

On ethereal, capturing packets when sending email from yahoo etc. to internal network, I get a reply that no such name.

The reply for email is:
