Once again many thanks for your answers.
Running up a second instance configured to work with the queue dir. of
the dead postfix is a good idea. I will look forward to configure it not
to accept new messages / not to listen port 25, in order it achieves
flushing the queue, this one not beeing refilled permanently. So it'll
be possible to stop this second instance after queue resorbation.
