Just for the sake of curiosity, if there was a company or corporation, with whom you had a lucrative financial partnership, and their network became infested with zombies issuing crap, which they refused to sort in a timely fashion, would you block their entire network, thinking, 'we know most of their machines are infected, just block them all'?
