Ours (SBC). Our attorney reviewed it and found no prohibition. When
SBC blocked port 25 to deal with the terminally compromised, we
requested them to remove the block from our accounts and they did so.

The concept that running a server from dynamic space is "(evil|wrong)"
is with out any logical or rational basis. Anyone who blocks all
dynamic space to avoid spam is just too lazy to do it right!
