well, organization or not, you only get three choices:
- discard undeliverable mail, cook it, give it to high mgmt, print it on
a4 paper, show it in slides to investors, ...
This just means undermining the email system. You can do that, but you
know what it means. Try your best to explain it to "them", but I can
understand that you don't have any chance at this game. sorry for you
and good luck finding another job....


- accept it, and then bounce. This is just unacceptable, whatever is the
color of your logo, the age of your managers. This causes backscatter,
which is a form of spam, if not worst.


- reject it during the smtp transaction. This is the right way to go
unless you can't. but if you can't, think twice and discover you can. if
not, think another time, and once again, and if you really really can't,
then discard, quarantine, ... but do do do do not bounce.
