Seems pretty clear that 0 is not 1.5 times 0.

You could adjust those parameters, but I do have a question. If your=20
dog wags its tail, hitting the power button on you computer, what=20
happens to the mail in the queue?

If you have a performance problem, perhaps posting what it is, might=20
lead to a safer solution.
