Has it changed? It used to block, for example, all of Switzerland (.ch)
because it found something was missing from the public whois records. Can't
remember if it was phone, email or what, but anyway, I found that the .ch
zone worked flawlessly and the whois records provided everything needed, so
I did find rfc-ignorant.org too much too zealous, and in fact plainly useless.

That was several years ago. Have they come to more useful and reasonable
policies since?
