rbldnsd

Perhaps a tad OT. I know that Michael Tokarov has fielded questions from
this list in the past.

I have rbldnsd installed on an FC3 box that is NOT running Bind. The
logs look fine yet it refuses all inquiries. I have tried it with and
without an SOA file.

RBLDNSD="dsbl -r/var/lib/rbldns/dsbl -b 192.168.0.33
localrbl.tqmcube.com:ip4set:rblclients"

Any help would be appreciated.
