Yes, which you should know since you configured Postfix to use
/etc/postfix/header_checks. Did you copy someone's configuration
without knowing quite what you were doing? Run

postconf | grep /etc/postfix/header_checks

to find out which configuration parameter refers to the file in question
(header_checks is a wild guess).
