The transport_maps setting is not used by smtpd(8). It is used only by
trivial-rewrite(8). What you are trying to do is only possible with two
Postfix instances (each with their own main.cf file, master.cf file,
queue directory, ...), and not possible with multiple instances of
services in the same Postfix instance.
