[OT] handbag.com spam from tiscali.uk

Hello

We receive constantly spam with a sender address of @handbag.com routed t=
hrough
some servers from mail.uk.tiscali.com. A complain to the abuse address wa=
s
replied with the following :

Is this some new law in uk, that the provider is not responsible for subm=
itting
spam? I can't believe that a major ISP these days can be the that stubbor=
n.
