This is correct.

This is also correct, as Postfix should not relay mail from untrusted
remote clients.

Since these addresses (presumably dialup or other dynamic allocations)
are frequently re-assigned, don't do this.

Use SASL or Pop before SMTP to authenticate mail submission from roaming
users. See the relevant documentation.

SASL is a compile time option with Postfix. See Patrick Koetter's
excellent SASL guide.
