I'm sure people here use SA, but this would be better if discussed in a
forum specific to SpamAssassin .

Those are the tests. Some are likely because your ISP is blacklisted.
This too was mentioned earlier in the thread.

Find out how you scored in those SA tests, and do things differently!
What more can we tell you? You can't get your ISP unlisted; only they
can even try, and there are no guarantees even if they DID try.

Apparently the administrator of the SA in question is checking all the
Received: headers' IP addresses against dynamic and dialup user lists.
I think that's insane. Well, first it's insane because blacklists are
more effective and use very little resources if employed at the MTA
level, but secondly it's insane because many if not most legitimate
emails will originate from a dynamic IP, thence being relayed through
the ISP's mail server.
