Where is the relay_recipient_maps setting?

Users listed in virtual_alias_maps don't need to be listed in
relay_recipient_maps:

IF virtual accepted

this is not the same as

IF not in virtual rejected

that is only true for virtual_alias_domains.

This is correct.

A => B

is equivalent to:

not B => not A

and is NOT equivalent to:

not A => not B
