You need one LDAP attribute for storing the list of restrictions.
You could go with a multi-value attribute, but because the order of
restrictions matters but ordering without multi-value attributes
AFAIK isn't enforced that approach doesn't work. When you reached
that far, all you need is a trivial query filter. Have you read
LDAP_README and ldap_table(5) which describes how LDAP works in
Postfix?
