I think it might be better to DISCARD these rather than reject, so that
spammers will continue using them. If we reject, they will adapt by not
using them and make spam identification a little more difficult.

I wish all spammers would deliberately tag all their mail as spam, and using
URL's ending in .biz is about as good as it gets.
