On the command line, the limit on the number of bytes is specified
in /usr/include/sys/param.h as NCARGS. Actually that's command line
plus environment.

With "sendmail -t", Postfix 1.1 limits the number of recipients with
extract_recipient_limit.

With "/usr/sendmail -bs" the limit is smtpd_recipient_limit.
