The usual way is to have a "user-store" where your users are defined. Thi=

includes username, password, environment and normaly the mail address and
aliases.=20
The Cyrus mailbox is only some sort of drawer to put things in and the na=
me must
not in all cases have anything to do with your mailadresses.=20

If you don't want to use it the way it is designed you have to code aroun=
d it.
As said the usual way is to use the alias table.
