Move the clamav entry from the backup section of to the primary section of
amavisd.conf. If you are running a recent version of clamav that has the
clamd daemon, you may wish to try the clamdscan entry since the daemonized
version, clamdscan does not have to reload the virus definitions for each
mail scanned.
