Postfix does not prepend RETURN-PATH when delivering via SMTP.
In fact, it is one of the headers that Postfix deletes from incoming
email.

Postfix prepends RETURN-PATH only in the LOCAL and PIPE
delivery agents.

Please do a correct investigation before reporting a problem.
