Filtering iin Postfix virtual

I have upgraded to Courier IMAP/MySQL/Postfix 2.0 for all users in a
virtual setup. I know that I cannot use procmail to filter with this
setup but I am unable to find any clear documentation on how to
configure SpamAssassin or Sanitizer in a virtual setup. Can anyone
direct me to a HOWTO or thread that explains how to setup filtering
in a Postfix virtual environment with MySQL?
