Luck. Postfix processes are spawned relatively infrequently (~3 processes
per 100 messages), vi saves its output quickly. The long lived processes
(qmgr, trivial-rewrite, ...) restart quite rarely and so the problem in
there is one, in most cases goes away quickly.
