Default How can I use external configuration files for the domains that I host?

OK I remember reading a while back ago about using external files for
each domain that you host, but I can't remember the MOD name. The
benefits at the time were that you didn't have to reboot apache to load
a new domain to host.

Any how-to links would be appreciated, examples etc.
Also buy doing this are there any pitfalls or disadvantages?

Thanks

Joey

Hey Guys,

I really need your help on this one, they want me to impliment this
ASAP.

I read through this:
http://httpd.apache.org/docs/1.3/vho...html#xtra-conf

But I wanted some real config examples of what was addeded to apache
and a config file.

I only want to make the config for each domain external.
Making it have defaules for path to cgi etc can be done later...

Thanks
