Default Chroot and Apache

Hello,

How can i check if apache is chrooted in different ways?
In ps i have seen that httpd is in /usr/sbin/httpd and configuration
file
in /etc/httpd/httpd.conf. There's a dir called /chroot. Shouldnt files
httpd and httpd.conf located under /chroot ?
