Default Apache answer for Indexed directory

Hi

i did configure apache to have some directory browseable, but
the answer has too much HTML code.
How can i simplify this answer? Is this any apache configure way to do?

Read the manual about the auto-indexing module, there's options for
how lists are generated. There's quite a variety of things you can change.
